How to place a catering order

Before you start: Ensure you have a delivery address, delivery contact, and payment option set up in your account before proceeding to checkout.

1. Click Catering on the left navigation menu.

2. Use the date and time selector to choose a delivery date and time.

3. Select a supplier.

4. Browse the supplier menu and select items, options, and quantities.

5. Click Checkout.

6. Confirm the event date, time, and attendee count.
  - If serving utensils are needed, request them at this step.

7. Verify the delivery contact, delivery address, and payment option.

8. Enter a project or cost reference if required.

9. Click Place order.

NOTE: You'll know it worked when the order status shows Pending. This means your order has been received and is awaiting supplier confirmation.
