Learn how to collect feedback from past orders by sending out a shareable link to guests and attendees.
Video Tutorial:
1. Click on a past order from the calendar view on the home page to access the order details page.
2. On the order details page, select the 'View/Collect Feedback' tab.
2. On the View/Collect Feedback tab, click 'Invite Attendees'.
3. Click 'Get shareable link' to generate an anonymous share link. Simply copy and paste the link into your internal communications channel/s (Slack, Microsoft Teams etc.)

Attendee/Guest Perspective
1. Guests who click on the anonymous share link will be taken to the screen below. They can view the contents of that order by clicking 'View Order'.
Rate the order from 1 to 5, and enter an additional comment if you like.
2. Guest/attendee information can be entered optionally. By clicking 'Submit' without entering a name and email, it will submit the feedback anonymously.
