Learn how to download a delivery receipt, purchase order and RCTI for a confirmed order in your supplier portal.
Video Tutorial:
1. Click on 'Orders' on the left navigation menu.
2. Select 'Upcoming Orders' or 'Historical Orders'
Upcoming orders - Orders that are placed in the future
Historical orders - Orders that have already been completed and delivered
3. Select a confirmed order
4. On the top right of the order overview, click the down-down menu to download the delivery receipt and purchase order.
5. Download the RCTI at the bottom right hand side of the page.
