Understand order status when placing orders with Hampr
Draft (Specific to Meal Programs/Pantry) - This status is given when you have started creating a meal program or pantry program within your Hampr portal, but have not yet placed your order.
Pending - When ordering catering, orders are automatically put in 'Pending' status. The order will remain in 'Pending' until the respective supplier/s accept the order.
(orders may in some cases remain in pending status up to 72 hours of the order being placed. Please get in touch with our team on 1300 367 809 if any concerns)
Confirmed - This status is given when the respective supplier/s have acknowledged and accepted your order.
(orders are generally confirmed within 24 hours of the order being placed, however some suppliers may take longer due to the nature of their internal processes)
Rejected - The status of your placed order may display 'Rejected'. This is when the respective supplier/s you have chosen have rejected your order due to specific reasons.
Some reasons may include:
- Some items in your order do not meet the suppliers lead time
- Supplier is at full capacity and unable to fulfil your order
- Your delivery location may just be outside of their delivery radius
- Some items in your order may no longer be available due to menu changes or ingredients
Note: Orders are very seldomly rejected, however if you do receive a rejected order, you will be notified via email and our wonderful operations team will find a replacement or alternative for you.
Cancelled - When you request to have an order cancelled, the 'Cancelled' status will appear on the respective order. This allows you to re-order the same items for a future date in case your event or meeting is being rescheduled to a later date.
