Learn how to view staff and guest feedback for historical orders that you've placed with Hampr
Video Tutorial:
1. Click on 'Orders' on the left navigation menu
Tip: You can also view feedback by selecting a past order in your home screen.
2. Select a past order from the feedback page.
3. When viewing the details of your order, select 'View/collect feedback' tab in the center section.
4. Here you can view all feedback submissions from guests including comments about that particular order. Based on the number of submissions, an average supplier rating is generated for your reference.
Note: this feedback is NOT provided to suppliers directly. This information is only visible to Hampr account users and organisers.
