Create a delivery address with loading dock instructions

1. Click 'Addresses' on the left navigation menu.

2. Click 'Create new delivery address'.

3. Enter full name, contact number, and work email address, then click 'Create New'.

4. If needed, click 'Set as default' to make it the default delivery contact.
