In the menu bar (left hand side) > Dashboard > “Next 5 pending orders” (View all if more than 5 pending)
Open the order and review date, time, delivery info. And content of the order
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Confirm”
(Note: Hampr does not recommend to use “Reject” button unless you cannot get in touch with our team (Context: if a customer will receive a rejection from supplier it may not be seen as a good customer experience. In a rare case of rejection- please inform. Hampr team and we will cancel on your behalf instead)
